Deborah Zabin, LCSW

Deborah Zabin is a licensed clinical social worker who assists clients with special needs as well as those facing long-term care planning issues.  Deborah earned her Master of Social Work at Columbia University in New York, and her Bachelor of Science in Psychology at the University of Massachusetts.  An active member of the National Association of Social Workers, she has more than thirty years of experience in long-term care planning and has worked in hospital, skilled nursing, and home care settings with disabled and elderly clients across the state of Connecticut. An experienced hospice social worker, Deborah is also skilled in exploring end-of-life care needs.

With mastery and sensitivity, Deborah assists clients and families to determine the assessment of needs, develop a plan of care using appropriate resources, complete applications and referrals, and procure needed services.
